Role:
Own Revenue and lead sales of Coaching centers (brick and mortar setup) of Commerce entrance exam preparation coaching centers (coaching for courses like CA, CS, ACCA, CMA) with target revenues in the range of 150 to 200 Cr, 80 to 100 centers pan India
- Experience and Key traits of the person:
- 15 years of Hard core Sales Exp, with last 4-5 years managing national sales or sales of atleast 7-8 major states in West, South, North
- Managing center-based business (brick and mortar centers) is a must, mainly through business model of company owned centers and not franchise driven business model
- Aggressive, very good in Sales process, good with Data
- Ability to work across the cities and teams
- Should be managing revenue of 100+ crore, 50+ centers, a team of atleast 100+
- Age 35+ and not above 50 years
- Qualification: CA or MBA preferred but not mandatory
Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the sales strategy for the Commerce Vertical in alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to scale the business.
- Expand institutional, retail, and B2B2C networks for the Commerce portfolio.
- Develop strategic alliances with colleges, coaching centers, and industry partners.
Performance & Revenue Management:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the vertical.
- Monitor KPIs, sales funnel, and performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.
- Design and implement incentive programs to boost team productivity.
Market Intelligence & Innovation:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
- Innovate go-to-market strategies to strengthen brand presence.
