We are looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale business of Lead Generation Products, Digital Properties & Classified Listing. This is a high-impact, Sales focused role where you'll Lead the India business for Channel Monetization business, driving a large team of 200+ people across regions.
Job Description:
- Define and execute the end-to-end monetisation strategy for our client's digital assets (website, app, email, and more)
- Identify and develop native and display ad inventory opportunities and build compelling media packages for SMB customers.
- Build Product / revenue models around cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-impression (CPM), or cost-per-action (CPA) payment models
- Set pricing, yield optimization, and measurement frameworks for lead generation products
- Identify emerging monetisation models and pilot new revenue-generating formats.
- Build product and sales model to monetise rich first-party audience and behavioural data
- Create monetizable touchpoints across digital customer journeys.
Desired Profile
- Must have led large Channel sales teams with and must understand DSA / Dealer / Distributor channel in the BFSI / FMCG / Automobile / Telecom Sector
- Understanding of Digital media, Advertising, or platform monetisation.
- Exceptional commercial and strategic acumen with a strong execution mindset
