Position Sales IFA
Location Mumbai
Job Description:
1. Channel Sales Management:
- Lead and manage distribution sales for the assigned location, focusing on Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
- Maintain and grow key relationships with IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), wealth advisors, and direct clients.
2. Client Engagement:
- Conduct IFA / Wealth Advisor & client meetings (audio, video, and in-person) to drive new sales and review existing portfolios, specifically for PMS and AIF offerings.
3. Joint Sales Initiatives:
- Participate in joint client calls and product presentations in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing (SAMC) team, targeting IFAs, wealth advisors, and top-tier (T30) clients.
4. Collaboration with Relationship Managers:
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to support client meetings and provide product-specific expertise to address client queries and ensure seamless execution.
5. Channel Partner Development:
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to grow and manage distribution partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing channel performance.
6. Sales Analytics & Strategy:
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) in PMS and AIF segments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement data-driven sales strategies, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in presenting investment products and handling product-specific client queries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills for engaging IFAs, wealth advisors, and top-tier clients.
- Capability to build, manage, and scale distribution networks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
