About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead our B2B sales efforts and accelerate revenue growth. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, driving enterprise deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. Strong experience in IT product/enterprise solutions sales and exposure to the BFSI domain will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure
- Build strategic client relationships and drive enterprise account growth
- Deliver consultative SaaS solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with Marketing & Pre-sales to enhance the customer journey
- Track market trends and competitors to refine sales strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B IT/Enterprise product sales
- 5+ years in a strategic, revenue-focused leadership role
- Proven track record in BFSI sector preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong C-level engagement skills
- Engineering/MBA preferred (Tier 1 instite a plus)
