Job Description:

- We are hiring a Sales Head to lead our Animal Nutrition vertical.

- The role involves driving B2B/institutional sales across India.

- The ideal candidate will have strong networks in the aqua feed, poultry feed, and pet food industries.

- The position will oversee sales of high-value products such as fishmeal, fish oil, feed additives, macro-ingredients, and premixes.

- The candidate will also build region-specific market strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with R&D and product formulation teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven background in biologicals, feed additives, fishmeal/fish oil, or bio-ingredients for animal nutrition

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in feed or animal nutrition

- Must have handled 5 to 10 Cr+ annual revenue

- Experience setting up sales operations in new regions/segments

- Strong network with CXOs/decision-makers in aqua feed, poultry feed, or pet food companies

- Must be skilled in cracking high-value deals and long-term partnerships
