Description:
Hiring: National Sales Head Building Materials (Aluminium Doors & Windows)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 15+ Years
We are looking for an accomplished National Sales Head to lead pan-India sales operations for a fast-growing organization in the building materials industry, specializing in Aluminium doors and windows.
Experience Required:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with pan-India responsibility
- Strong exposure to B2B Project Sales (Architects, Builders, OEMs) and B2C Retail Sales (Dealer/Distributor network)
- Proven track record in the building materials / construction products segment
- Hands-on experience in channel management, strategic alliances, and market expansion
- Expertise in P&L management, business development, and large team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute national sales strategy for B2B and B2C segments
- Drive revenue growth via institutional projects and retail channels
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners
- Lead, mentor, and scale regional/zonal sales teams across India
- Oversee product positioning, pricing strategy, and new product launches
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain for seamless execution
- Monitor KPIs, forecast sales, and manage budgeting & performance metrics.
