We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Sales Head to lead the revenue growth and market expansion for our cutting-edge AI and Cybersecurity solutions. This senior leadership role is open in one of the fastest-growing Tech Solution Providers and demands a proven sales professional with deep domain knowledge in the security and IT operations space.

Required Experience
Minimum 12+ years of professional working experience in enterprise technology sales, with a significant and successful track record in the Cybersecurity and AI/AIOps market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Drive net-new customer acquisitions and achieve aggressive sales targets, focusing on delivering double-digit growth in the highly competitive Cybersecurity and AI market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy tailored to enterprise customers across key sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle for large-scale, complex technology solutions, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
Solution Expertise & Positioning
- Leverage strong knowledge and technical understanding of critical solution areas, including:
- SecOps (Security Operations)
- AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations)
- Endpoint Protection/Security (EDR/XDR)
- Broad Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Cloud Security, Network Security, Zero Trust).
- Articulate and position the value of our AI and Cybersecurity offerings through compelling, tailored sales narratives.
Market Focus & Enterprise Development
- Identify, prospect, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across strategic and regulated industries, including:
- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- IT/ITeS (Information Technology and IT-enabled Services)
- Telecom
- Manufacturing
- Other regulated industries.
Leadership & Alliances
- Shape CXO-level narratives and engage with C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, COO) to influence strategic technology investment decisions.
- Build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with key technology partners, System Integrators (SIs), and channel partners to maximize market reach and sales effectiveness.
- Act as the company's senior sales representative in the region, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Candidate Profile & Key Skills
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record selling high-value solutions in Cybersecurity and/or AI/AIOps, with a solid technical grasp of SecOps, Endpoint Security, and related technologies.
- Enterprise Sales: Extensive experience selling to large enterprises in target markets (BFSI, IT/ITeS, Telecom, Manufacturing).
- Executive Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence, and close deals with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Alliance Building: Proven experience in building and leveraging a partner ecosystem to drive revenue.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
