Role Description- The sales head will be responsible for managing the lending and scaling the Agri finance business. This role involves building the sales strategy, developing dealer customer relationships, managing risk, recruiting and training of sales force, driving disbursement and ensuring profitability.
The position will work closely to integrate financing as a key enabler of Agri sales.
- Manpower Planning and budgeting as per business plan.
- Lead a high-performance sales team across regions.
- Evaluate C Enhance field sales processes for sourcing, credit evaluation coordination, documentation, and disbursement.
- Monitor daily sales activity, conversion ratios, and lead-to-loan cycles.
- Track competitor finance schemes, interest rates, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to product and credit teams to refine loan products, tenures, and repayment structures.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance, AMC, and extended warranty products.
- Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, KYC norms, and RBI regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with the credit and sales/collections teams to maintain portfolio quality.
- Perform timely collections by ensuring sourcing of quality customers with sound repayment capacity.
- Deliver regular reports on disbursements, portfolio health, and channel performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Manage periodic business reviews and present to senior management.
