We are hiring for a Sales Head role with a leading AI-enabled wealth management firm serving affluent families
Key Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and lead RM and Team Lead (TL) organisations
- Define and drive sales processes, productivity metrics, and governance
- Own revenue, targets, and P&L performance across regions/teams
- Attract top RM talent leveraging strong industry networks
- Build performance-driven culture and leadership pipeline
- Collaborate with Product, L&D, Operations, and Management to align growth strategy
Requisites
- 15+ years in affluent/HNI wealth management
- 5+ years in leadership role (Regional Head / Sales Head / Business Head)
- Proven experience in scaling RM teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong network across leading wealth, private banking, and brokerage firms
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
