About the Opportunity
A fast-growing Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm with a strong investment track record is looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead its high-value client acquisition and relationship-building efforts across the family office and HNI/UHNI ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on growing the PMS client base through strategic relationship management, direct sales, and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive PMS sales by acquiring new clients - primarily family offices, UHNIs, and wealth platforms
- Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy to increase AUM and expand market share
- Build deep relationships with wealth intermediaries, multi-family offices, and institutional channels
- Represent the PMS offering in investor forums, events, and high-level meetings
- Craft and deliver compelling investment narratives in collaboration with the investment team
- Manage product positioning, client presentations, and closure of large-ticket mandates (- 5Cr+)
- Monitor industry trends and investor needs to refine offerings and drive differentiation
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, internal diligence, and documentation standards Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in PMS / AIF sales, wealth management, or investment distribution
- Strong relationships with family offices, HNIs/UHNIs, and private bankers
- Proven track record in closing large deals and raising capital in the private wealth segment
- Solid understanding of capital markets and PMS regulatory framework
- Strong pitching, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset with leadership qualities
Qualifications
- Graduate + MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred
