Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce automation solutions to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational excellence and implement process improvements.

- Analyze data to measure performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in Sales Transformation, Digital Transformation, SFA (Sales Force Automation), Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Process Excellence, Distribution excellences.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
