We are a 6 year old start-up based and have grown 300% in the past 3 years. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. 2, Sales Management: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets. 3. Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth. 5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 6. Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. 7. Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 2. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. 3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients. 6.
