About the Role:


We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Director - SaaS Sales to join our team.


This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing a strategic sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the enterprise SaaS sector, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of vertical product selling.

You will be instrumental in defining and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve significant revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Planning: Define and execute comprehensive sales plans for assigned target accounts, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

- Sales Opportunity Management: Proactively manage and close sales opportunities, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and close a robust sales pipeline, focusing on a large number of strategic transactions to ensure consistent revenue streams.

- Vertical Product Selling: Leverage expertise in vertical product selling to tailor solutions to specific industry needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and market dynamics.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.


Required Experience & Skills:


- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 14+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.

- Vertical Expertise: Proven experience with vertical product selling is highly desirable.

- Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to define and execute sales strategies, manage complex pipelines, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strong Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term sales plans that drive sustainable growth.

- Networking: A well-established network of contacts within the enterprise sector.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
