Sales Director - IT Services Location: Bangalore (On-site | Mandatory) Experience: 9 to 15 Years Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing (Mandatory) Key Focus Areas: - New business growth, E2E sales ownership, and client relationship management - Individual sales target of - 4 Cr and team target of - 15 Cr - Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams - Own and close deals worth - 2 Cr+ independently - Drive portfolio growth by 3X in 4 years Core Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new logos in the fintech/IT space - Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure and post-deal mining - Guide inside sales and BD teams for India market lead generation - Review and track team performance and pipeline metrics - Lead pricing, proposal creation, and deal margin management - Develop and review account growth plans - Represent the company at key industry events and explore partnerships - Frequent travel within India (2x/month) Must-Haves: - Proven track record of leading teams and booking - 10 Cr+ in sales annually - Closed large deals with clients - 100M+ in revenue (deal size - 2 Cr+) - Experience in IT services (especially QA domain) - Strong knowledge of India GCC market and fintech landscape - CRM expertise, sales proposal & pricing experience - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
