Position Summary:

Global MNC is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead growth initiatives in the India market. The ideal candidate will drive business development efforts, formulate robust strategies, and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans. This role requires deep expertise in India's IT services landscape, a strong track record in selling services, and the ability to contribute effectively as an individual sales performer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for expanding Global MNC 's business in India and GCC regions.

- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and establishing key relationships with enterprise clients.

- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, delivery, and product groups, to align offerings with market needs.

- Actively contribute as an individual sales performer, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Provide market intelligence and insights into competitive dynamics and client requirements.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of proven experience in business development and sales within the India IT services market.

- Strong track record of selling IT services solutions to Indian enterprises and GCC clients.

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client business needs in the IT services domain.

- Experience developing and executing strategic GTM initiatives and sales roadmaps.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, with exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
