Sales Director


One of the leading FinTech Company is hiring for Sales Director in Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Bangalore with 8-15 years of experience in banking, NBFC, leasing/asset finance, or fintech with a strong business development role.

Role Objective

To build and close large, structured lease finance mandates in the - 500 Cr+ segment by engaging CXOs, CFOs, OEM leadership, and lenders.

This role is about influence, structuring depth, and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Origination

- Build relationships with CFOs, promoters, and senior leadership of medium and large enterprises

- Engage in early-stage capex planning and funding strategy discussions

- Position Praxia in board-level and investment decision forums

2. Structured Deal Execution

- Design and execute multi-lender and structured lease transactions

- Collaborate closely with internal credit and external financing partners

- Evaluate balance sheet impact, ROCE implications, and long-term capital strategy

3. Enterprise Relationship Management

- Develop advisory-led, trust-based client relationships

- Manage multi-stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, and leadership teams

- Build and deepen 5-6 anchor enterprise accounts annually

4. Market & Ecosystem Leadership

- Track industry, client, and competitive dynamics

- Strengthen Praxia's brand positioning in enterprise financing

- Cultivate and leverage a strong ecosystem network (OEMs, lenders, advisors)

KPIs:

- Annual origination value

- Deal size and profitability

- Mandate conversion ratio

- Depth of engagement within enterprise accounts

- Cross-sell and repeat mandates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6-15 years in structured finance / large corporate lending / IB / NBFC

- Strong financial and structuring acumen

- Proven track record of client origination and scaling revenue

- Comfortable influencing CXO and board-level stakeholders

- Experience managing complex, multi-party transactions
