Sales Director

Role Overview:
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in scaling Atoas revenue by leading mid-market and enterprise sales initiatives. This individual will own complex, high-value opportunities end-to-end, develop and execute sales strategies, and work closely with leadership to expand Atoas Pay by Bank solutions across key verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise segments within hospitality, retail, and automotive
- Own and close complex, high-value sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead customer-facing activities including product demos, commercial negotiations, and deal closures
- Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful go-live
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Leverage existing industry networks and partnerships to accelerate pipeline growth and deal velocity
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic, enterprise, and high-impact accounts
- Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and customer intelligence to influence product and go-to-market strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on mid-market or enterprise customers
- Proven background in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales environments
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, and multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong experience using CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and contributing to building scalable sales processes
Desirable Experience:
- Extensive experience selling fintech or payments solutions
- Strong professional network within hospitality, retail, or automotive industries
- Previous ownership of strategic or enterprise-level accounts
