About the Role As Sales Director, youll take charge of building and growing our client portfolio. Youll own the sales strategy, drive new business development, and build lasting relationships with clients across industries. What Youll Do - Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across executive search mandates. - Pitch to founders, CEOs, and CHROs; build relationships with VC/PE ecosystem partners. - Create and execute outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, events, warm intros). - Work closely with our delivery team to ensure world-class client satisfaction. - Build and maintain a CRM-backed sales pipeline with high-quality data and forecasting. - Shape our GTM motion, pricing, positioning, and strategic growth initiatives. What Were Looking For - 6+ years in B2B sales with 4+ years in executive search, staffing, or recruitment services. - Track record of closing high-value deals and managing long-term client relationships. - Strong communication and consultative sales skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset you love the idea of building something from zero to one. - Bonus: a strong network in startups, VCs, or hiring decision-makers.
