The Sales Director, Engineering Services GCC, will be responsible for leading the company's business growth within the India Market. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge of engineering principles and a proven ability to drive sales of complex services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives within the GCC market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based, and long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within target client organizations, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Technical Sales Expertise: Collaborate with internal engineering and solution teams to understand client business requirements, propose tailored technical solutions, and lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including presentations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a senior ambassador for the business, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the GCC region.
- Deep understanding of the engineering services landscape, digital transformation, modern software engineering practices, and the specific market dynamics and regulatory environments within the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The role requires deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of success in selling complex engineering or IT services to global enterprises or GCCs.
