Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through emails, cold calls, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or B2B lead generation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting and qualification skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be based in or open to relocating to Pune (on-site role)
