Sales Development Head (FMCG)

Location: Nagpur
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Development Head to drive national sales growth, strengthen distribution systems, and build high-performance frontline teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and strategize for 20%+ year-on-year business growth
- Lead category growth & volume expansion strategies
- Strengthen Distribution Network & Retail Coverage
- Ensure effective implementation of SFA & DMS systems
- Improve Numeric & Weighted Distribution
- Drive data-based sales analytics & performance dashboards
- Oversee distributor (RDS) ROI & business health
- Lead Sales Capability Development & field coaching programs
- Ensure successful New Product Launches (NPD)
- Improve team stability & reduce frontline attrition
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of FMCG sales experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles handling multi-region / national operations
- Strong expertise in General Trade
- Hands-on experience with SFA, DMS & Sales Analytics
- Proven track record in driving growth & expanding distribution
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
