Sales Controller/Business Finance Controller

Business Controlling:

- Act as a trusted point of contact for country FICO lead/ functional/ business teams, to provide timely support and analysis that value add in decision making and/or problem solving to meet business objectives

- Work closely with country FICO lead and sales managers to support sales growth. This includes (but not limited to) monitoring key sales drivers, price increase initiatives, sales efficiency and project pipelines.

- Monitor and provide analysis of company's productivity indicators like inventory turns, DSO etc

- Perform ad-hoc business and/or sensitivity analysis as and when required

Management Reporting:

- To handle all reporting requirements of Regional, HQ and local entity

- Work with both Corporate and Regional FICO teams as well as respective functional / business teams to meet reporting requirements

- Preparing and reporting various region-al reports like WOC reports, Logistics report, CIS, APEX, CPS for various periodic requirements like various fore-casts, ABP/LE etc. and as per time-to-time based on regional timelines

- Design and implement a monthly budget-monitoring framework for, ensuring timely variance analysis and actionable insights to management team

Forecasting & Budgeting:

- Key coordinator for annual budgeting and regular forecasting process

- Work closely with other teams to map out key plans, understand the upcoming market outlook and underlying business assumptions for financial projections

- Develop and ensure that the various forecast processes are per-formed in a systematic and efficient manner

- Perform analysis, review and under-stand the variances

- Work with the Regional Controlling team to support the budget and forecast process
