Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with experience in selling surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored security solutions to clients across residential, commercial, or industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and electronic security systems space
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate surveillance solutions (CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, access control, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
- Keep track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications::
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales of CCTV, surveillance, or security products
- Good understanding of related technologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
