Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to candidate onboarding.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities through regular engagement and proactive account management.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive engagement with senior leadership and CXO-level executives.

- Demonstrated experience in driving sales performance through effective target achievement, revenue management, and billing oversight.

- Partner with consultants to design and deliver. customized hiring solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery and client experience.

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.
