Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in B2C sales, particularly in an international process environment.
- This full-time onsite role in Mohali will require engaging with global clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and closing high-value deals.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward client management and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Drive B2C sales by identifying and engaging with prospective international customers.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored product/service solutions.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and support for smooth sales execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to effectively consult clients.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in B2C sales with exposure to international sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting market and competitor analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global customer engagement.
