At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and aftermarket channels in EMEA and North America
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing international customers and distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract terms with export customers
- Ensure full compliance with export documentation, Incoterms, customs requirements and international trade regulations
- Collaborate closely with internal product, logistics and supply-chain teams to resolve delivery, quality and commercial issues for international clients
- Provide regular market feedback, competitive intelligence and customer insights to support product development and strategic decision-making
Your Background:
- 35 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling to EMEA and/or North America markets
- Mandatory hands-on export sales experience (order-to-cash cycle, documentation, international customer management)
- Strong preference for direct experience selling automotive suspension components, shock absorbers, struts, chassis parts or closely related categories
- Demonstrated success managing distributor networks and/or key accounts in the automotive aftermarket or OEM supply chain
- Comfortable with international travel and working across time zones
The assignment is a 12-month (extendable) contract role based in Pune. The position involves occasional travel to Bangalore and periodic travel to Europe. If you have the relevant sales experience, we encourage you to apply!
