Division: Cargo - Commercial Vehicle Spares
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer data in line with company standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in automotive aftermarket / spare parts / commercial vehicles).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle spare parts will be a strong advantage.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relationship management
