Sales / Performance Consultant
Gurgaon | Hybrid (3 days WFO)
About the Role:
This role is for someone who wants to learn how to sell ideas, influence decisions, and build long-term client relationships. Youll work with organizations that know performance problems arent solved by tools alone, they are solved by behaviour change.
You would be based in Gurgaon, work from the office three days a week, and report directly to the Head of Sales - India.
- Start conversations with organizations
- Diagnose performance and leadership challenges
- Shape solutions with internal consultants
- Manage long sales cycles without losing momentum
- Close work you believe will genuinely help the client
- Build trust that leads to repeat and expanded engagements
Performance Metrics:
- Strength of discovery conversations
- Quality (not volume) of pipeline
- Win rate on well-qualified opportunities
- Repeat business from first-time clientsThe Role Holder
Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in consultative or solution sales
- You are comfortable selling services
- You listen well and dont rush to pitch
- You value credibility over pressure tactics
