
Role: Sales Coach (Hyderabad)
Reports To: Training Manager
Department: Sales / Training & Development
Purpose:
- Improve sales team performance through coaching, feedback, and skill development to drive sales excellence and higher conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and group coaching for sales agents.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct call listening and give actionable feedback on skills (objection handling, closing, rapport, product knowledge).
- Partner with Training & Sales Leadership to implement skill-building initiatives.
- Support onboarding with side-by-side coaching.
- Track post-coaching improvements and document outcomes.
- Assist in creating sales scripts, pitch decks, and tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Sales/Business.
- 2-3 years in sales or sales coaching/training.
- Strong sales techniques, CRM, and customer journey knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Motivational, influential, and adaptable to varied performance levels.
- BPO/high-volume sales experience preferred.
