Job Opening for Sales / Business Head Hyderabad Region

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8-10 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales / Business Head to lead and scale its Hyderabad region. This role goes beyond targetsit requires ownership, leadership, and accountability to build sustainable growth in a highly competitive education market.

You will be responsible for regional business performance while ensuring strong systems, ethical sales practices, and transparent reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Hyderabad regional business revenue, admissions, growth, and profitability

- Design and execute region-specific sales and expansion strategies

- Lead, mentor, and scale sales, counselling, and business development teams

- Drive student enrolments across classroom programs (IIT-JEE / NEET / Foundation)

- Build strong school partnerships, referral networks, and local alliances

- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, lead funnels, and conversion strategy

- Track counsellor productivity, sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and closures

- Ensure ethical sales practices, transparency, and student-first counselling

- Act as the regional face in the Hyderabad education ecosystem

Reporting & Governance:

Reports directly to: Zonal Head / National Sales Head / Central Leadership (as defined )

Own and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, including:

- Admissions numbers & revenue performance

- Lead-to-conversion metrics

- Team productivity & counsellor efficiency

- Marketing lead quality & ROI

- Present monthly regional performance reviews to senior management

- Forecast admissions, revenue, and capacity planning on a quarterly basis.

- Ensure strict compliance with our internal processes, policies, and reporting standards

- Escalate risks, market challenges, and competitive insights proactively to leadership

What Were Looking For:

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales/business leadership

- Strong background in education, edtech, coaching institutes, or high-value services

- Proven experience handling regional or zonal responsibilities

- Strong people leader who builds high-performance teams

- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- High integrity, ownership-driven, and execution-focused
