Job Brief:
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Sales/Business Development - IT Staff Augmentation to lead their staffing division.
This is a leadership role with ownership of business growth, with a strong emphasis on targeting Fortune 500 clients in the Healthcare and Finance domains etc.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong sales skills, a solid industry network, and a proven record of building and scaling recruitment teams in IT staffing.
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Ownership:
- Take charge of the IT Staff Augmentation vertical with end-to-end ownership.
- Plan and execute strategies for growth across India and global markets.
- Design staffing models suitable for Fortune 500 clients, especially in Healthcare and Finance.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Open new client accounts using strong industry relationships.
- Engage with CXOs, CHROs, and procurement teams to provide IT staff augmentation solutions.
- Build targeted go-to-market plans focused on global enterprise clients.
Network-Based Growth:
- Leverage connections to secure quick traction with large enterprise clients.
- Convert relationships into long-term accounts, focusing on Fortune 500 companies.
Talent Fulfilment & Delivery:
- Establish and scale a high-performing recruitment and delivery team.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and compliant placement of IT talent.
- Drive service excellence and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and lead recruiters, account managers, and delivery professionals.
- Build a culture of performance, accountability, and client-first service.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in IT staffing/services.
- Proven success in sales and client acquisition within India/global markets.
- Strong network with HR, procurement, and delivery leaders in IT/Tech.
- Demonstrated ability to build recruitment teams from the ground up.
- Experience in servicing enterprise clients, particularly Fortune 500s.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with MSP/VMS models or global vendor networks.
Understanding of offshore/global delivery staffing models.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and compliance systems.
