Sales - US geography  Position: Sales and Business Development  A. Job Description  Individual in Sales and Business Development position will:  Lead sales activities for the company XXXX – targeting specific geography / client segment  - Develop and manage Sales Pipeline  - Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals  - Independently visit client site to present solutions and get approval  - Participate in contract discussions / negotiations  - Participate in trade shows / conferences  Management of multiple client relationships  - Manage client relationship – including onsite review meetings at client site  - Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads  - Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship – including project definition, requirement gathering  Other areas of participation  - Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities  - Identify and develop specific Market Niche and Solutions  B. Location:  Powai, Mumbai with travel upto 25% of time (mainly North America).  C. Required Experience / Skills:  - Strong exposure to US market - hunting skills  - Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives.
