Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Sales Automation tools (CRM, DMS, SFA, distributor apps, analytics dashboards, etc.)
- Partner with Sales, IT, and Business teams to identify process inefficiencies and translate them into digital solutions
- Manage system configurations, user access, and integration between platforms (ERP, CRM, and BI systems)
- Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and standardization across sales platforms
- Train and support sales teams in tool usage, dashboards, and reports to improve productivity
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure tool adoption and business impact
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to enhance system capabilities and manage SLAs
- Generate actionable insights through sales data analytics to support business planning and performance reviews
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Sales Processes, Distribution Management, and CRM/SFA systems
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, or similar platforms
- Data analytics and dashboarding expertise
- Project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business decisions
Education:
- MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or IT Systems preferred
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Computer Science
