We are seeking a dynamic and inventive Sales & Marketing Head to lead the strategic launch and nationwide marketing of our new brand. The job will entail developing marketing plans, allocating resources, and setting short-term and long-term goals. You will also be required to analyse consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies.
This is a unique opportunity to create and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy, build a strong brand presence, and drive sales growth in an intensely competitive FMCG segment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our brand as a premium product in the Indian market.
- Product Launch: Oversee all aspects of the product launch, including branding, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools and strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Advertising & Promotion: Manage budgets for advertising, social media, events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Channel Management: Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and work with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and ROl maximization.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Eligibility- Qualification & Experience
- Male candidate only
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably with a focus on B2B & B2C growth in the local market.
- Proven track record in scaling agricultural products and driving hyper-growth, either as a growth marketer, brand manager or head of growth.
- Knowledge of the FMCG market preferably in rice.
- Extended experience in managing and building marketing teams.
- MBA or equivalent education preferred.
