
- Formulate and implement the sales penetration and growth strategy for the key target clients
- Generate leads and opportunities for Managed Services, by building and managing CXO/promoter relationships with key target clients identified
- Understanding BDO solutions and mapping them to client issues and areas of focus
- Mine the relationships created with these clients, to meet the annual sales target given
- Seek out and respond to prospect company issued RFPs / RFIs to help the Practice get new business
- Work with the Primary Partner, to onboard BDO as an empaneled vendor with the clients identified and become their preferred outsourcing partner
- Cross sell additional solutions to existing customers as part of the GTM initiative (new and existing services of other service lines in BDO IN)
- Work with the solution experts to create proposals / submit RFPs that cater to the requirements of the target clients
- Gather market intelligence and competitive intelligence and share it back with the internal teams
- Build strong relationships across all Service Lines and with the BD team to help surface new client opportunities and drive sales
- Periodic monitoring and reporting of sales opportunities, pipeline and wins
- Identify technology solutions/ enablement for better sales success rate
- Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the Delivery Team
- Own the client relationship for outsourcing mandates, including Client Service Management
- Act as the first point of contact for the key target clients for new opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills - written and oral along with Negotiation skills
- Experience in leading business development initiatives
- Relevant experience in selling with focus on applicable domain and knowledge of pricing
- Experience in multi-country Taxation / Accounting / Payroll
