1. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Analyze data across DMS, CRM, ERP, and syndicated sources (NielsenIQ, Kantar).

- Build dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track: SKU, channel, and regional sales performance Distributor health, product mix, and margins Market share trends and benchmarking


- Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with Sales Heads and regional teams.


2. Market & Competitive Intelligence:

- Analyze offtake trends, category shifts, and competitor moves using syndicated tools.

- Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging demand, and under-leveraged channels.


3. Promo & Trade Scheme Effectiveness:

- Evaluate ROI of trade promotions and discounting programs.

- Recommend optimization strategies for targeting and trade spend.


4. Forecasting & Planning Support:

- Collaborate with Sales & Supply Chain on demand forecasts using historical and market data.

- Support AOP, quarterly target setting, and territory-level planning.


5. Distributor & Channel Analytics:

- Monitor stock rotation, fill rates, and channel productivity.

- Provide actionable insights across GT, MT, and E-commerce channels.


6. Strategic Sales Insights:

- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights.

- Drive commercial strategies through compelling storytelling and data visualization.


7. Tools, Systems & Data Integrity:

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across platforms.

- Identify automation and tool enhancement opportunities to scale analytics impact.
