
Job Description
As the Sales Projects & Analytics Manager, you will be the strategic backbone of our sales team. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw sales data and revenue-generating actions. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visibility through analytics, driving the execution of high-value deals, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination to accelerate business growth in the competitive payment gateway landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Analytics & Strategic Dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards to track KPIs (TPV, Take-rate, Merchant Acquisition costs, etc.).
- Transform complex data sets into actionable insights that help the leadership team identify market trends and revenue leakages.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline health, conversion ratios, and representative performance.
2. Deal Orchestration & Project Management
- Act as the central point of contact for critical revenue opportunities, ensuring they move through the funnel without friction.
- Drive the closure of complex deals by coordinating between Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Manage the "Command Center" for high-priority accounts, ensuring all internal stakeholders meet deadlines for customized solutioning or onboarding.
3. Governance & Sales Cadence
- Establish and manage a rigorous sales cadence, including weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews (MBRs).
- Own the documentation of project statuses, ensuring clear visibility into "bottleneck" deals and driving them toward a "Closed-Won" status.
- Standardize sales processes and documentation to improve organizational efficiency.
4. Sales Intelligence & Market Insights
- Gather and synthesize sales intelligence from the field and external market data.
- Translate merchant feedback and competitor moves into actionable strategies for the product and sales teams.
- Facilitate workshops or briefings to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest tactical advantages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Project Management (Fintech or Payments industry preferred).
- Analytical Prowess: Expert-level proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and coordination skills; ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Agility: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel PAN India as required to support regional teams or engage with key enterprise merchants.
