Sales Account Executive - India Region

Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Account Executives based in Delhi/Chennai/Pune/Ahmedabad to manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. You will be responsible for promoting suite of software solutions, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our continued growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound sales leads with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through various outreach methods.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, pricing structures, and proposals.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continuously improve your approach and offerings.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle software sales experience, ideally in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, client needs analysis, and value-based positioning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
