- We are looking for a sharp Product Analyst who loves turning messy data into actionable insights.
- You will support product and growth decisions by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that improve user experience and business metrics.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of customer, product, and marketing data.
- Generate actionable insights that inform product roadmap, growth strategies, and] user engagement.
- Track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, conversion).
- Design and run A/B tests to evaluate product changes and growth experiments.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to translate insights into decisions.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring of key metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making through regular reports and presentations to] stakeholders.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Good understanding of product metrics and KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and experiment design.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Strong communication skills to convey data insights effectively.
