Role: Head of KAM

The job is to demonstrate how SalarySe can help employees in their journey to financial wellness and empower them with tools and knowledge to implement the same in their life.
We're looking for a high-energy, high-ownership Head of KAM to join our team. You'll be the face of SalarySe for our partner companies-leading GTM/launches, driving adoption, ensuring engagement, and owning outcomes.
What you'll own:
- Relationship Management: Build deep, trusted partnerships with HR, and leadership teams at partner companies
- Go-To-Market & Launches: Orchestrate smooth product rollouts across organizations-plan events, design activations, and make sure every employee knows us
- Growth Marketing: Run targeted campaigns (on-ground & digital) to drive signups, usage, and engagement
- Target Ownership: You'll have clear adoption, activation, and revenue targets-and you'll hustle to exceed them
- Insights & Feedback: Be the voice of the customer internally. Share insights to improve product, CX, and sales processes
What we're looking for:
- MBA from Tier 1 institution
- 3-7 years of experience in strategy, account management, founders office or growth roles (fintech/startup experience = bonus points)
- Great with people-empathetic, persuasive, and great at building long-term relationships
- Strong project management skills-you can handle multiple partner accounts without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with targets and metrics-you enjoy driving results and showing impact
- Willing to roll up your sleeves-we're an early-stage startup and every day looks different
