- As a Growth Hacker, you will own experiments to scale user acquisition, enhance activation, and drive overall brand reach. Your goal will be to push innovative growth strategies with a data-first approach.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition channels.
- Build scalable processes to improve user acquisition and conversion.
- Manage paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Facebook, UPI campaigns, referral programs, etc.).
- Analyze experiment results and iterate to maximize impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Identify new user acquisition channels and develop strategies to exploit them.
- Monitor growth metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with experience in running A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Good understanding of user acquisition, activation, and retention frameworks.
- Knowledge of UPI payments ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills (SQL knowledge preferred).
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex growth challenges.
