- We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to partner with corporate clients and build solutions that help salaried employees.
- You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and scaling relationships with marquee enterprises.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Identify and approach key decision-makers at target enterprises.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients.
- Develop and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of SalarySe solutions for corporates.
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to the leadership team.
Skillsets Required:
- Proven B2B Enterprise Sales experience (preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of corporate HR and Payroll processes is a plus.
- Ability to present complex solutions in a simple manner.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under targets.
- Knowledge of sales CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
