We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager who lives and breathes acquisition, retention, funnels, and ROI. Someone who can blend performance marketing science with creativity, scale digital channels efficiently, and architect growth loops that compound over time.
You will drive user acquisition, CAC efficiency, funnel optimisation, and growth experiments across the SalarySe ecosystem.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising strategies across all digital channels to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. This is a high-impact role requiring analytical depth, performance marketing expertise, creativity, and a strong bias for execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Funnel Strategy
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital growth plans aligned with business and product goals.
- Define and optimise key metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
2. Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
- Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn, Affiliates, and other performance channels.
- Manage CAC, LTV, ROAS, and drive efficient scale.
3. Data & Experimentation
- Analyse campaign and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests and experiments to improve conversions and channel performance.
- Build dashboards and automate reporting where necessary.
4. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Design retention strategies across email, WhatsApp, push, in-app, and personalised nudges.
- Drive user engagement through segmented and automated lifecycle journeys.
5. CRO & User Experience
- Collaborate with product and design teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys.
- Use insights from heatmaps, session recordings, and user data to improve conversions.
6. Content-Led Growth
- Work with content and creative teams to develop compelling content for acquisition, engagement, and brand storytelling.
7. Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with growth trends, channel innovations, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
8. Budget Ownership
- Manage monthly growth budgets, forecast spends, and maximise ROI across channels.
What You'll Need
- 4-5 years of experience in digital growth or performance marketing, ideally in fintech or high-growth consumer startups.
- Proven experience in running and scaling paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social ads, display, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong test-and-learn approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
- Ownership-driven mindset with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
