About the Role:
- We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead (Individual Contributor + Team Lead) who will own revenue targets while actively selling and leading from the front.
- This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own pipeline, close deals, and simultaneously coach and guide the inside sales team to consistently achieve business goals.
Who Were Looking For:
- 36 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales, with a strong individual sales track record.
- Prior experience mentoring or informally leading team members is a plus.
- Proven ability to independently close deals and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Industry-agnostic, with preference for SaaS, cloud, IT/ITeS, or enterprise sales experience.
- Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs, and business decision-makers.
- Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
