Senior Business Analyst
Job Description:
Were looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Business Analyst who can turn data into insights that drive business decisions.
In this role, you'll work with complex data sets to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and data modeling will be a key advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
- Use data to drive business insights and generate regular, insightful reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data pipelines, and analytics systems to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Extract data from primary and secondary sources, and maintain databases/data systems.
- Clean, filter, and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to define data needs and prioritize information requirements.
- Support process optimization initiatives using data-driven strategies.
- Apply AI (basic to intermediate) to automate data processing and enhance analysis.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in Business Data Analysis.
- Strong command over Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and working with large relational databases.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms (e.g., Python for data science, AutoML, ChatGPT API integration, or similar) will be an addition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to work flexibly, multitask, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
