Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and business-driven HR Manager who can anchor end-to-end hiring while actively partnering with business teams to drive people outcomes. This role requires someone who can balance execution with ownership, ensuring strong talent pipelines while enabling teams to perform effectively on ground. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and drive end-to-end hiring across store, central and corporate roles. 2. Build strong pipeline and hiring momentum for business-critical roles. 3. Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and plan hiring proactively 4. Drive interview quality, candidate experience and hiring closures 5. Act as an HRBP for defined teams, supporting on: - Employee concerns and resolution - Attrition management and retention actions - Performance discussions and feedback loops - Roster adherence and workforce discipline (for store teams) 6. Partner with stakeholders to ensure: - Right people in right roles - Timely movement on critical positions - Strong on-ground team stability 7. Track and review: - Pipeline health and ageing roles - Interview to selection conversion - Attrition trends and action plans 8. Support organization in: - Org structure changes and team planning - Driving engagement and on-ground connect (store visits) What We Are Looking For - 7-10 years of experience across Talent Acquisition and HRBP roles - Strong experience in high-volume / multi-location hiring (F&B, Retail, QSR preferred) - Ability to balance hiring speed with quality - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving approach - Someone who takes ownership, not just execution
