Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive people initiatives, ensure smooth HR operations, and build a high-performing culture at Salad Days. Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure seamless onboarding, verification of documents, and completion of joining formalities.
- Compliance & Benefits: Manage employee enrollments in PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits while ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring fair and timely resolution of concerns.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Oversee attendance regularization, leave management, and coordination with payroll teams for accurate processing.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
- Performance & Development Support: Partner with managers to drive performance discussions, identify training needs, and support growth plans.
- Exits & Offboarding: Conduct exit processes and feedback sessions to identify trends and improve retention.
- HR Operations: Support audits, maintain HR records, and streamline processes for greater efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR business partnering.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, people-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
