Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end technical delivery management of complex enterprise applications across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with proven leadership experience, ensuring successful client delivery, high-quality outcomes, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of technical delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-delivery support.

- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and high-performance execution.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, create delivery roadmaps, and manage client expectations.

- Ensure delivery excellence through project governance, risk management, and performance tracking.

- Monitor delivery KPIs, budgets, and timelines while proactively mitigating risks or delays.

- Drive client delivery excellence through strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Establish and enforce best practices in delivery processes and team collaboration.

Preferred Technical Exposure:

- Java, .NET, and Microsoft Technologies.

- Strong understanding of enterprise software development practices, database technologies, and cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of modern delivery methodologies and tools for technical project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in Technical Delivery Management.

- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale software delivery projects.

- Strong team management and client delivery experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.
