Role Summary

Sai Green Mobility is looking for a highly driven and analytical Manager - (Strategy & Business Development) to work directly with the Leadership Team in driving strategic business initiatives, corporate planning, business development, and execution of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

- CEO Office & Strategic Support: Act as the primary strategic support to the Leadership Team on business planning and corporate initiatives.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic business analysis.

- Track key organizational priorities and ensure timely execution of Leadership Team action items.

- Prepare executive briefs, strategic reports, and management dashboards.

- Business Development & Strategy: Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities in Urban Mobility, EV, Ropeway, PRT, and Smart Infrastructure.

- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and growth strategies.

- Assist in customer engagement, partnerships, strategic alliances, and investor discussions.

- Support government project opportunities, bids, and strategic proposals.

- Technical & Project Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Vehicle Development, PMO, Finance, Procurement, and external consultants.

- Track technical deliverables, project milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.

- Support techno-commercial evaluations and strategic decision-making.

- Executive Presentations & Reporting: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for Board Meetings, Investor Presentations, Government Meetings, Business Development Proposals, Project Reviews, and Corporate Strategy Reviews.

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive summaries.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with consultants, government agencies, investors, technology partners, and internal teams.

- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of critical business actions.

- Represent the Leadership Team's Office during internal and external meetings when required.

- Special Projects: Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives assigned by the Leadership Team.

- Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, technology assessments, and innovation projects.

- Facilitate knowledge management and organizational process improvements.
