Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Project Management with 10-12 years of experience in API/CRDMO operations.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely project kickoff, seamless cross-functional alignment, effective customer communication, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation & Planning:

- Ensure timely kickoff of awarded projects by coordinating with all internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and continuously update a comprehensive Gantt chart covering all project delivery milestones.

- Create and maintain a detailed project action tracker to monitor progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR&D, AR&D, Process Engineering, QA, QC, and Production through daily and issue-based meetings.

- Facilitate smooth information flow and alignment across all departments to avoid bottlenecks.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

- Provide prescheduled project updates to customers and Business Development teams.

- Schedule and coordinate teleconferences/video conferences with customers, enabling effective discussions with technical teams.

- Present accurate and timely project status updates in Project Review Meetings with the Central Delivery Review Team (CDRT).

Risk & Issue Management:

- Proactively identify roadblocks and anticipated risks, escalating critical issues to senior management.

- Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions to keep projects on track.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation at every stage, including project closure reports.

- Raise invoices on time and coordinate updates with Finance and BD teams.

Performance Indicators:

- QUOTIF adherence as per organizational commitments.

- Effective management of timelines, scope changes, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stakeholder satisfaction and smooth project execution with minimal escalations.

Key Competencies:

Technical & Functional:

- Strong understanding of API/CRDMO processes and lifecycle management.

- Expertise in project planning tools, Gantt charts, trackers, and documentation.

- Solid knowledge of cross-functional operations: R&D, Analytical, QA/QC, PE, and Production.

Behavioural:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and decision-making ability.

- Persuasiveness and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

- High adaptability, foresight, and problem-solving orientation
